My sis sent me this song a while ago and she's played during our Pilates sessions, which is the perfect soundtrack to that kind of workout.  It's so pretty and peaceful... plus it features the Silverlake Conservatory of Music Youth Chorale, which is absolutely adorable.  I recommend this for all your mellow workouts and drives along the coast this summer.
