Today is Earth Day, a day when those of us who already appreciate our Mother Earth, make a concerted effort to show our appreciation and teach others how to partake. Here are some of my thoughts on ways to spread the word on how to "go green" and love your Mother (more ideas on Mother's Day to come... this is for the green and blue mama!)

It's also National Park week - get out and appreciate the amazing parks the government protects for US! The picture above is from Yosemite National Park.
If you don't want to do any of this or you feel you can't, I suggest taking a walk, a bike ride or even not buying anything unnecessary today. Those are perfect ways to tell the green & blue mama you love and appreciate her!
