GET FIT

Sick confession: half the time the only way I can motivate myself to workout is to have cute workout clothes.  Between getting some Vitamin D on Cowles Mountain and a couple trips to the Y, I'm good for a few workouts a week.  Here's some of my gear as well as some stuff that's on my wish list.

It is also a Lacey S Laila simple exercise where you have to lie down and assume as if you are riding a bicycle. So, lift both of the legs and start the way you do paddling. Once bring the right legs towards your chest and then the left one. It is a virtual paddling of a bicycle.
