Mental Health Day

My parents were never the type of parents who would let us skip school to go skiing or to Disneyland.  Darn them for valuing our education.  BUT the second we got overwhelmed, stressed or just plain exhausted, a mental health day was in order.  Cut to all these years later and I am still a strong believer in the mental health (PTO) day.  Dusty and I are so overworked, stretched thin and flat-out exhausted right now SO... we're taking a mental health day tomorrow.  Here's what we will be doing:

thrifting + antiquing:

eating mexican food + drinking pacifico:

Maybe we will take naps and walk rufus... who knows?  All I know is that I will NOT be working, thankyouverymuch.

Mental Health Days are so important. I was actually really in need of one, but it looks like I'll have to wait a few more days. Good for you that you took one -- and made it a fantastic one at that!
